A small group of awesome teachers have been working with Scotdec over the last few weeks to re-develop some activities for home learning and we’re excited to share the first one with you today!
Global Learning at Home activities are designed to be used by young people at home to spark their interest and understanding around key Global Citizenship themes like Learning for Sustainability, Gender Equality, Migration, and Children’s Rights.

Our first activity is a fun film resource for p4 and up, designed to get young people thinking about Children’s Rights both locally and globally.

Choose a format that works for you – our activities are MS Word documents so learners can complete and return activities digitally on Glow, Google Classrooms or Seesaw. It’s also just as easy to fully participate with a pen and paper!
These activities are easy to use and provide children with the stimulus to talk about the world around them.
If you’re a teacher with some great ideas for home learning activities please email kate@scotdec.org.uk to work with us.
