Our Vision is an education system that empowers learning communities to realise their potential to play an active role in creating a more socially just and sustainable world.
We work to inspire learning communities through provision of transformational professional learning and responsive resources for educators. We advocate for Global Citizenship Education and contribute to research into its impact.
Global Citizenship
Global Citizenship
We see global citizenship as a way of living that recognises our world as an increasingly complex web of connections and interdependencies. A world in which our choices and actions may have repercussions for people and communities locally, nationally or internationally.
A Global Citizenship Education approach:
- Promotes and values diverse voices and perspectives
- Strengthens connections between learning in the classroom and real-life contexts
- Develops understanding of the historical injustices that have shaped our societies and the challenges we face today
- Build awareness, understanding and critical engagement with local and global issues
- Fosters creative and critical thinking and improved communication skills
- Inspires hope and motivation to take action to deliver solutions for out planet and its people
Theory of Change
We use a Theory of Change because it helps us stay focused on what matters: making a real difference. It keeps us right about the steps we’re taking, the impact we hope to see, and how we get from ideas to outcomes. We also draw on the practical guidance from Bond, which helps us keep things thoughtful, reflective and rooted in what works.

Each year, we reflect on our work, partnerships, and progress. This section highlights key insights from our Impact Report, showcasing developments in professional learning, resource creation and collaborative projects. Our 2025/26 Impact Report is coming soon.
