Partnerships
Our partnerships are built with organisations who share our values and our commitment to Global Citizenship Education, children’s rights, sustainability and social justice.
Scotland's Development Education Centres
Scotdec works closely with our sister organisations Highland One World and WOSDEC.
Together, we’ve collaborated for decades to support Global Citizenship Education across Scotland. As a national network, we share ideas, develop resources, co‑design professional learning and deliver programmes like Global Citizenship in Scotland (GCiS), ensuring teachers in every part of Scotland can access high‑quality global learning support.
Our partnership means we’re part of something bigger: a long‑standing, values‑driven community working to strengthen Global Citizenship Education for learners and educators nationwide.
Who we work with
Our work with Dynamic Earth helps educators connect global issues to Earth sciences, climate systems and the story of our planet. Through joint professional learning and co‑created resources, we help teachers deepen learners’ understanding of the environmental challenges shaping our shared future.
Alongside KSB, we support schools to build strong Learning for Sustainability practice with a focus on climate action, environmental stewardship and youth leadership through Climate Ready Classrooms. Together we help teachers explore the connections between local action and global responsibility.
