Fair Trade in Education Week will take place from 4 – 8 March 2024.
The aim is to showcase work going on in education across Scotland on Fair Trade; and to highlight how Fair Trade supports of SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production.
Through the week of 4-8 March 2024, the Scottish Fair Trade Forum is highlighting examples of great Fair Trade education, highlighting the importance of presenting Fair Trade to our global citizens as a different way of doing business and trade that cares for people and the planet.
Celebrating Fair Trade in Education Week in your school? This resource we created in partnership with the Scottish Fair Trade Forum contains an activity for Early Years, Primary and Secondary stages to help explore some of the key themes.
The lessons are designed to be standalone introductions to the themes, and suggested additional resources and activities to take learning further are provided.
