Chocolate

Chocolate is eaten in huge quantities, with each person in the UK eating on average 200 bars every year! But before taking a bite, unwrap a bar of chocolate and discover the complexity of issues within the chocolate industry that have an impact across the globe on the people in the production process.

Our activities include a quiz, a chocolate Fairtrade game and an exploration of the supply chain and the relationships within it. Also included are lots of lovely photos showing the journey of chocolate from bean to bar.
